As part of its centennial celebrations, the Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club inaugurated its Hall of Fame during the 2009–2010 season. GSM was entrusted with the mandate to showcase the Canadiens’ heritage in a dynamic way, including space planning, design planning, and supervising the production and installation of all components of the exhibition.

Honouring a hundred years of team spirit

The Montreal Canadiens Hall of Fame is a museum dedicated to the history of the team that is built directly into the Bell Centre. Fans young and old can relive the crowning moments of the club’s history through themed showcases and a variety of interactive installations.

Objects on display have been provided by the Canadiens’ own collection or are on loan from private collectors or the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto. A section of the exhibition has also been dedicated to objects contributed by fans.

This achievement was completed in a very short period of time, thanks to true teamwork and collaboration between the Canadiens’ internal team and the various external consultants involved in the project.
